Vanachdiy.com Gift Cards are issued by VANAHC GLOBAL ART SDN.BHD and include Vanachdiy.com Gift Cards that are automatically added to your Vanachdiy.com balance when you "reload" your balance, earn "perks", or use "Vanachdiy.com Gift Cards" Natch Cash" barcode (" gift card "). Your Vanachdiy.com Balance shows the total balance of all Gift Cards that have been applied to your Vanachdiy.com account but have not yet been applied to purchases. We may refer to your Vanachdiy.com balance as the "Vanachdiy Balance", "Gift Card Balance" or "GC Balance". To check your Vanachdiy.com balance, visit your account on Vanachdiy.com. Purchases will be deducted from your Vanachdiy.com balance. Any unused Vanachdiy.com balance will remain associated with your Vanachdiy.com account. If the purchase exceeds your Vanachdiy.com balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.

Gift Cards can only be used to purchase eligible goods and services offered by VANAHC GLOBAL ART SDN.BHD. Eligible goods and services are subject to change at our sole discretion.

Your Vanachdiy.com balance cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, prepaid open-loop cards, or certain third-party gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded; resold; used for payment outside of Vanachdiy.com or its affiliated properties; used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, promotional or commercial purposes, including facilitating resale or shipping from Vanachdiy.com Merchandise; redeemed above face value; transferable for value; exchanged for cash; returned for a cash refund (except as required by law); or used in a manner prohibited by our Vanachdiy.com Gift Card Restrictions and Prohibited Activities Policy . No part of your Vanachdiy.com balance may be transferred to another Vanachdiy.com account.

Risk of loss and title to the gift card passes to the purchaser after we electronically transmit the gift card to the purchaser or designated recipient, or we deliver it to the carrier, whichever is applicable. Gift cards must be obtained from Vanachdiy or an authorized third party, and it is your responsibility to protect your Vanachdiy.com balance or gift card from unauthorized use. We are not responsible if any gift card is lost, stolen or destroyed, or if your Vanachdiy.com balance or any gift card is used without your permission. There are various gift card scams that require payment by gift card. Vanage is not responsible, and will not be liable to you, for any illegal or fraudulent conduct of any third party in connection with any Gift Card.

By using a gift card, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and will not use the gift card in any way that is misleading, deceptive, unfair or harmful to Vanachdiy.com, its affiliates or its customers. We reserve the right to cancel gift cards (including as part of your Vanachdiy.com balance) without refund, suspend or terminate customer accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or restrict orders without notifying you , if we suspect that a Gift Card has been obtained, used or applied to a Vanachdiy.com account (or your Vanachdiy.com balance was used for a purchase) fraudulently, illegally or otherwise in violation of these provisions, billing other payment methods and condition.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARD OR YOUR VANACHDIY.COM BALANCE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOUR SOLE REMEDY AND OUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE REPLACED IF A GIFT CARD IS UNUSABLE.

Any disputes or claims related to Gift Cards or your Vanachdiy.com balance will be resolved by the dispute resolution clause in the Vanachdiy.com Conditions of Use .

There is no fee for gift cards. We reserve the right to require additional verification of your identity, gift card or account ownership or provide additional payment tools before you can apply a gift card to your account or make a purchase on your Vanachdiy.com balance. When you purchase, receive, or apply a gift card to your account or your Vanachdiy.com balance to make a purchase, you agree that the laws of Malaysia (without regard to principles of conflict of laws) will govern these Terms and your relationship with ACI Gift Cards LLC Conditions and any disputes that may arise between you and its affiliates in relation to your use of Gift Cards or your Vanachdiy.com balance. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time in our sole discretion without notice. All terms and conditions apply to the extent permitted by law.
